We offer digital content that can be consumed instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the content, there is no way to “return” it. Refunds will not be provided.
- Refunds can be given within 14 days of your purchase only if you believe the product to have been mis sold.
- No refund will be given if you have had any form of feedback (writing corrections) or help via email.
- Refunds are not accepted if you purchase the course/membership with a coupon code or at a sale price.
- Refunds are not given if you download any of the audio, video, or PDF files from the lessons.
- Payments are renewed automatically every month. You are responsible for ensuring that you cancel your subscription if you do not want to be charged for another month. If you do not cancel and payment is taken for month, then it is assumed that this is intended and that you agree to enrol for another month and you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Refunds cannot be given once booked.
- You can reschedule a class 48 hours before the scheduled class time free of charge.
- ETestPreps is not responsible for you being late, missing class or not checking the correct time zone. ETestPreps classes are in Queensland, Australia (AEST).
- You must be on time for your lessons. I will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you to come to your class. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes, your lesson will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. The lesson will run for one hour from the time it was due to start. If you arrive 10 minutes late, you will lose 10 minutes from your lesson and only have 50 minutes.
- Refunds cannot be given once booked.
- Classes cannot be rescheduled because you are agreeing to a set timetable.
- ETestPreps is not responsible for you being late, missing class or not checking the correct time zone. ETestPreps classes are in Queensland, Australia (AEST).
- All classes are recorded and you are agreeing for these videos to be shared with other students in that class.
